Apply to become a Metropolis trainee and subject to a probationary period, you could fast-track a career into hairdressing.
Skills training, both formal through NVQ levels 2 and 3 and Modern Apprenticeships is actively encouraged by Robert and his management team. Metropolis assistants are able to learn the trade of hairdressing and decide if it’s right for you before committing to a course.
If you decide to pursue a career as a stylist or colourist and are chosen to be a trainee, Robert will personally oversee much of your training in the salon and develop a rigorous, customised training programme for you with our Art Team members.
