Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
 
As an independent salon, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our business and our team. We really appreciate your understanding and support.
